Tubby time and Snow White Helper

Ya, you look a little tired Char!

So cute!

Charlie was washing her own face! Oh!

Umm...just goin to school....wanna come hansome prince?--that's me:)

Addie wanted to make sure I got a picture of her standing on one foot. Got that everyone?

Oh, just dressin up...again

Oh ya, there will be lots of dress up pictures now! Today, we tried out the dresses made by Grandma Kathleen...they are beautiful! Charlie was dancing and twirling like there's no tomorrow and Addie was busy plotting out exactly what I needed to do as her 'hansome prince'!

And the big day arrived!

On their way down to see the 'Fresents' in their new jammies!

Oh those priceless Christmas morning eyes!

This present, is from Charlie to Addie and was later declared to be her favorite out of the bunch....it was a 97 cent bag of jacks with a ball....nice:) Well, it is nice I guess!

Notice, my very not so cute jammies...my new jammies didn't work out so well, let's just say, there's a reason they were so cheap:)

Oh, the joy!

Joel loving his new watch! Your welcome dearest! Nice new Jammies by-the-way:)

This is Santa's clue for the girls, when they found it, and what was behind the door!-----Ta Da! The play room was a marvelous success, and ya, that little playhouse was totally in the way and is out now. What a fun day. Thanks for spending it with us Granddaddy, Grandmama, and Aunt Eleesha! Thanks for enjoying everything with the girls too! They miss you so much! Our house is feeling a little empty:(

A couple late night ones

I found some that were taken after midnight, really, still Christmas Eve...
HMmmmm....not the best picture of Joel, sorry honey! Really, it looks like he's being a booger and playing xbox and not helping, but he was very helpful:)

Christmas Eve

This, aparantly, is the only picture I took on Christmas Eve. How nice. We did have a great time making cookies, of course, (Addie's favorite thing to do on Earth). Everyone participated a little in decorating them too, which was even more fun. I had lots of help from 'Santas Elves' grandma, Eleesha, and granddaddy, oh and Dada too that night to get everything ready. What a late night:)

Beautiful Angels

It was late and a little crazy, but we did the nativity story this night with 3 cute little angel girls and a feverish baby Jesus and sang Christmas songs. We also got to open quite a few presents because most of the family was leaving the next day.....can't say we minded that at all:) ---Opening presents, not the family leaving, sheesh!

Family Pictures

Yes, we all stayed in the same house, and it worked out pretty well. Thanks to everyone but me for all your help and great attitudes. I think I was a little crazy worrying about my Joel leaving. Really though, it was fun to see everyone and neat to go to church together:) The missionaries were so nice to take our millions of pictures that day! We love them! Aren't they the cutest? Oh, and during our own family picture Charlie pee-peed on my lap....mmmm-hhmmmm...that's right, it was FREEZING outside too, I might add!

Coloring on Granddaddy

We had most of Joel's family here for Christmas time to say goodbye to him before he deployed. The girls LOVED, I think I should emphasize that again-LOVED- having everyone here....especially granddaddy and grandmama:) Charlie was a little cold to Grandma, but will hopefully still be loved and remembered out of kindness:)

Night at home with DaDa

I just found these pictures from last night. I was at Activity Days so Joel must have taken them. I think it's so cute when DaDas do that (take pictures) without their wives asking. Pay no attention to the nose "scratching"!

We got to see Santa twice last Saturday! Thankfully that didn't seem too confusing to Addie; it was frightening and really not fair for Charlie though. First we went to Addie's preschool and Santa was so nice and cute! Addie was the first kid to come for a visit, so she sat on his lap and adored him and chatted for a long time. Then we ate snacks and colored while they printed out our picture which is priceless and I will have to figure out how to scan it in. Next we went to Joel's work party and his boss was a VERY TALL and SKINNY Santa. Addie saw him and ran to hug him the first chance she could get. They got to open gifts from Santa there, so that was simply AMAZING!

Soup Party!!

Charlie and I got to go to Addie's preschool soup party before Thanksgiving. She had a great time eating with her friends and then she was the star (loudest) singer in their cute little program afterward!

All better!

Yey! By blowing in the usb place and sucking (I know that could have been grossly dangerous!) I got the camera to connect! Now I don't dare unplug it:) Okay, now it's time for all the overdue posties!

lucky me

Well, I am afraid there is too much baby food and purse gunk in my camera to get it to work anymore. I already have to pry the shutters open each time I turn it on and now it won't let me connect to the computer! What a bummer. I was just about to e-mail some pictures a couple nights ago to my close and understanding friend of my little spare tire around my waist when it decided to quit. My friend, of course, doesn't believe me:) Well, maybe my camera is just being nice and will come around again when I decide not to send unflattering pictures of myself? Till then, it's no pictures for my blog! Sorry!

blah blah blah

Yesterday Addie was singing for me in the car and kept adding the line: "blah blah blah". Tonight, she was blessing the food and said that in her prayer! Nice. I am grateful that she didn't say it today when she bore her testimony. Phew! She didn't bless the food in her testimony either, which I was a little worried about:)
